📋 Description This role leads quality compliance for JuneShine Brands, ensuring food safety and regulatory Own day-to-day audits, corrective actions, supplier quality incidents, and documentation for launch Partner with New Product Team to support onboarding, risk mitigation, and quality requirements Serve as the go-to expert on quality compliance for cross-functional teams. Monitor evolving regulations and advise leadership accordingly. Travel for audits, onboarding, and new product launches as needed. 🎯 Requirements 21 years or older; Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field. 5-7 years in food industry QA/Regulatory/Operations; 2+ years managing direct reports. CPG experience (food, THC/hemp, beverages); certifications in Food Safety, GMP, GFSI, or Quality Willingness to travel up to 35% (50% for audits/onboarding).
