📋 Description OpenAI’s Compute Strategy team builds and scales core compute resources. Role focuses on sourcing opportunities, structuring partnerships, and negotiating high-value Collaborate with engineering, legal, finance, and operations to align resources with AI systems. Focus areas include energy/power, land/real estate, colocation, CSPs, silicon, fiber/equipment, and Own end-to-end partnership opportunities from concept to post-close execution. Represent OpenAI in external forums and governance of signed agreements. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, private equity, corporate development, or Track record closing complex, high-value commercial agreements. Deep expertise in at least one focus area with ability to translate tech into commercial terms. Exceptional negotiation and relationship management with C-level stakeholders.
