Sr Software Engineer, Identity & Access Management (IAM)

📋 Description Maintain, scale, and optimize central auth apps. Triages feature requests from Pattern teams. Write, test, deploy back-end code (Ruby, Go). Design RBAC across internal/external systems. Collaborate with engineers and product for security services. Automate admin workflows; integrate AI for efficiency. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years backend software eng: security/platform focus. Experience building central Authentication/Authorization systems. RBAC/ABAC, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT. Manage competing requests while maintaining legacy code.
