📋 Description Produce paid media ad creative to platform specs Design email/SMS creatives, responsive layouts Build landing pages and A/B test variations Maintain consistency within brand systems Use AI tools across workflow for ideation and iteration Prepare clean files for handoff to teams 🎯 Requirements 3–6+ years in brand, paid media, lifecycle, or similar Hands-on paid social/display design to specs Experience designing email/SMS for ESPs Strong Figma proficiency Portfolio showing production-quality work Active use of AI tools in daily workflow 🎁 Benefits 1099 independent contractor with hourly rate $45–$85 Paid evaluation period (first 5–10 days) Fully remote role (U.S. based; not in CA, AK, WA, OR, HI, NY, NJ)
