We’relooking for a productive, curious copywriter who loves turning complex ideas into clear, compelling marketing.You’llhelp families get thechildcaresupport they need by creatingcopythat helps them understand their options, feel confident in their choices, and take the next step with us. Responsibilities:

• Turn marketing briefs into clear, persuasive, attention-grabbing, emotionally resonant, family-facing, and business-driving copy for a wide range of situations and channels, from digital work streams to print pieces, for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C audiences (yes, that’s a thing here)

• Partner with designers, marketing managers, contract writers, and cross-functional partners to write, revise, and evolve copy

• Copyedit for brand voice, clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the brief

• Use approved AI tools as part of the writing process, including ideation, outlining, first drafts, repurposing, versioning, editing, reading-level checks, and copy QC

• Review, edit, fact-check, and refine AI-assisteddraftsso they meet brand voice, quality, readability, and accuracy standards

• Support contractor onboarding by sharing guidelines, resources, process notes, and style updates

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of brand marketing copywriting experience (agency or in-house)

• Portfolio showing strong marketing writing skills,anda range of channels, audiences, tones, and formats, including B2B, B2C, and B2B2C work

• Proventrack recordmanaging multiple copy assignments, balancing priorities, meeting deadlines, collaborating with partners, and keeping work moving withappropriate guidance

• Comfort making progress from imperfect information, sharing work, applying feedback, and revising quickly

• Strong editorial instincts, including attention to clarity, accuracy, voice, readability, and the details that makecopyfeel polished

• Experience with and eagerness to use AI writing tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and new, yet-to-be-discovered innovations as part of a supported writing workflow

• Familiarity with writing for digital discoverability (SEO and AEO)

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field
