📋 Description Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases for Salesforce-based systems and Develop and maintain automation scripts using Robot Framework and API automation tools. Perform manual testing within Salesforce, validating integrations, workflows, and critical business Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, contributing to product evolution and quality improvement. Prepare and manage test data with different teams to ensure realistic testing scenarios. Register, track, and manage bugs and improvement requests using Jira. 🎯 Requirements Experience as a QA professional with manual and automated testing activities. Knowledge of Salesforce testing and validation processes. Experience with API automation using REST, SOAP, or similar technologies. Experience developing and maintaining automation scripts with Robot Framework. Familiarity with Jira for task management and defect tracking.
