📋 Description Own end-to-end deployments of AI systems inside healthcare organizations. Lead technical discovery, architecture, implementation, evaluation, and handoff. Collaborate with customer teams and internal partners to translate workflows into production Design production AI applications that integrate with healthcare data and systems. Ensure safeguards for PHI, HIPAA, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. Define evaluations and launch criteria to meet customer-specific benchmarks. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in software/ML/solutions engineering or comparable roles. Hands-on, senior-level deployment ownership in ambiguous environments. Healthcare domain experience (payer/provider/EHR interoperability) is highly valued. Experience with Epic, HL7, FHIR, EHR systems, and health data workflows. Ability to work in a regulated enterprise and drive production deployments.
