📋 Description Create and lead day-to-day EHS construction safety operations for SpaceX projects. Lead EHS Engineers, Specialists, Technicians; drive hiring and performance decisions. Develop practical safety solutions to reduce incidents and ensure policy compliance. Oversee JHAs, safe work procedures, permits, contractor onboarding, and risk tools. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field. 4+ years leading EHS programs with construction safety focus. Experience with OSHA 29 CFR 1926, Cal/OSHA regs, and safety compliance audits. Strong leadership, communication, and multi-site contractor management. Hands-on with JHAs, risk assessments, training, and incident investigation.
