📋 Description Provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism in school settings. Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and clinical team. Support students across the school day per schedule. Implement school-based ABA services with district partners. Attend trainings and participate in school routines. Travel between assigned work sites as needed. 🎯 Requirements HS diploma or equivalent. Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) or RBT credential within 30 days where required. First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain. Reliable transportation and ability to travel across sites. Willingness to work Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–3:45 PM with some admin time. Strong communication and collaboration with school teams. 🎁 Benefits Base pay range: $24.88–$33.37 per hour.
