Support Engineer

📋 Description Collaborate with Revenue, Product, and Engineering on projects and tickets Manage the support ticket queue and respond to inquiries Troubleshoot, debug, and document customer issues and solutions Build relationships with Finix users and implement improvements Advocate for customers in cross-functional product meetings Engage in team learnings to understand the payments ecosystem 🎯 Requirements BS/MS in CS/Engineering or similar; open to bootcamp grads RESTful JSON APIs, Curl, SQL, scripting, debugging Strong written and verbal communication; direct and honest Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume customer environment Strong API fundamentals; explain concepts clearly Experience with Hubspot or similar ticketing tools
