📋 Description Lead and manage multiple cross-functional engineering teams across full SDLC. Own development, maintenance, and scalability of apps and infrastructure. Guide system architecture and design decisions for growth. Establish and improve engineering metrics for health and delivery. Drive process improvements, tooling, and engineering practices. Hire, coach, and mentor engineering leaders and teams. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Eng, CS, or equivalent experience. 12+ years in software engineering, 5+ years leading multiple teams. Experience with enterprise platforms through dev, test, release, support. Strong knowledge of architecture, testing, and production support. Experience with mobile and web apps in multi-tenant environments.
