📋 Description Support instructional activities and small group interventions with teachers. Assist learner progress with one-on-one or small group literacy and math reinforcement. Provide coverage for assigned grade level or subject area as needed. Help with arrival/dismissal, lunch, recess, and supervision to maintain a positive learning Assist with data collection, testing environments, and required assessments following Support family communication and school events as part of campus operations. 🎯 Requirements High school diploma or equivalent and a valid paraprofessional certification OR an associate’s degree OR at least 60 completed college credit hours Demonstrated commitment to equity and student learning Ability to pass background checks as required by law Preference for Bachelor’s degree and urban public school experience 🎁 Benefits Paraprofessionals paid on a 12-month schedule; salary around $42,000 Health benefits (medical, dental, vision) and disability insurance 403b retirement with company match and professional development opportunities Other employee benefits; subject to annual change
