📋 Description Staff Engineer leading the Nonlinear Productivity team in the US with ownership from day one. Strong distributed systems fundamentals: coordination, consistency, idempotency, rate limiting Proficiency in Go, Rust, or Python, with ability to read/modify the other languages. Track record turning ambiguous requirements into concrete, shippable steps.
