📋 Description Analyze access, service, and trade performance metrics to identify trends and improve business Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership with strategic Evaluate operational trends, investigate performance gaps, and coordinate solutions to improve Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external distribution partners to support Conduct variance analyses to identify changes in trade performance, purchasing, and distribution Partner with operational teams to create monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting related to 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical market access, trade operations, analytics, specialty Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution channels including wholesalers, specialty Experience analyzing operational data and developing reports that support strategic decision-making. Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills. 🎁 Benefits Competitive annual base salary range of approximately $140,000 - $171,000, depending on experience.
