[IT Delivery Center] Senior Product Sustenance Engineer (LIMS Support)

📋 Description Provide LIMS application support (Level 1/2) to ensure system stability and customer satisfaction. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within SLAs. Route and manage tickets in BMC Helix or ServiceNow; monitor progress and escalate as needed. Design, develop, and maintain VBScript automation for workflows and tasks. Write and optimize SQL (SQL, T-SQL) queries for data validation and issue investigation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams; maintain documentation and ensure IT policy compliance. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience. Experience in software/application support with ticketing systems (BMC Remedy/Helix or ServiceNow). Strong Windows and networking knowledge; MS SQL Server experience (SQL, T-SQL). Experience writing/maintaining VBScript for automation. Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
