Staff Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description Own evolution of infrastructure, deployment systems, and reliability. Design, build, and maintain highly available, secure systems across cloud/on-prem. Lead platform initiatives to improve engineering productivity. Define SLOs/SLIs and observability capabilities. Develop CI/CD pipelines and IaC practices (Terraform/OpenTofu/Ansible). Mentor engineers and lead incident reviews. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Eng, or related. 2+ years operating at Senior or Staff level. Experience across cloud and on‑prem environments. Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure. Docker and Kubernetes hands‑on, including cluster admin, networking, and security.
