📋 Description Lead AV tech delivery for world-class events at Convene's Brookfield Place NYC location. Oversee AV Specialists; plan, coordinate, and execute client tech requirements. Collaborate with sales/planning teams to ensure client experience aligns with Convene standards. Direct day-to-day floor operations, scheduling, and resource sharing across locations. Prepare and deliver sales quotes with revenue-maximizing strategies. Attend planning/pre-production meetings and uphold SOPs. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years managing IT and AV equipment; leadership experience. Strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment (analog/digital mixers, wireless mics, switches Crestron control systems familiarity; data networking basics; Mac/PC/LAN/server experience. Customer service mindset; ability to train, mentor, and manage a team.
