Solutions Engineer, MENA

📋 Description Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to help customers understand Telnyx solutions in MENA Lead technical discovery, demos, and POC support across the sales cycle Design solution architectures using Telnyx products for telecom, APIs, and AI capabilities Explain Telnyx Voice, SIP Trunking, Messaging, Networking, and AI to diverse audiences Support customer integrations in real environments and build lightweight demos Act as voice of the customer, sharing feedback to Product/Engineering 🎯 Requirements 3+ years in a client-facing technical role (solutions engineering, sales engineering, etc.) Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, telecom infra, networking, APIs, or related tech Experience explaining complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Excellent presentation and demo skills Experience working with sales during discovery, evaluation, and POC 🎁 Benefits Remote-friendly regional focus in MENA Opportunity to influence technical sales strategy Work with a portfolio spanning real-time voice, messaging, wireless, networking, and AI
