Welding Inspectors - Short Term Contract - Fort McMurray

📋 Description Inspect, test, and evaluate weld processes, welding, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and related Material verification and dimensional checks supervision. Documentation collection and verification against ITP; review WPS/PQR; assess quality; issue Inspect welds, review welding procedures, and perform visual and dimensional inspections. Examine completed welds for size, quality, and conformance; witness NDT and verify results. Witness and verify PWHT and pressure testing when applicable. 🎯 Requirements CWB Level 2 (minimum). 5–10 years of industrial welding-related inspection experience; 5 years in Experience inspecting welds on pipelines, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc.; witnessed NDE Industrial experience in Oil & Gas / Power & Utility / Construction / Manufacturing, etc. Excellent communication with welders, engineers, and other personnel. Contract type: sub-contractor; typical duties during short-term assignments. 🎁 Benefits Flights, rental car and hotel or camp arrangements provided by client for assignments.
