📋 Description Lead stage gate lifecycle from initiation to launch for Allergan Aesthetics projects Drive cross-functional teams with R&D, Operations, and Commercial Manage milestones, budget, and risk to ensure on-time delivery Communicate milestones/status to leadership with mitigation strategies Oversee COGs estimates and expense reporting including budgeting vs. forecast Provide decision analysis and governance for product development and project execution 🎯 Requirements Minimum of 2 years multi-functional experience in Supply chain, QA, R&D, Finance, Regulatory Demonstrated experience applying project management practices Experience leading cross-functional project teams Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and ambiguity in a dynamic environment Undergraduate degree; MBA preferred; PMP certification desirable 🎁 Benefits Comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision, and 401(k) Participation in long-term incentive programs
