UX/UI Designer

📋 Description Design and optimize conversion-focused digital experiences across product pages, checkout flows Create A/B test concepts with hypotheses, success metrics, and insights; analyze results and Partner with CRO teams to identify friction points using analytics, heatmaps, session recordings Build, maintain, and scale a comprehensive design system in Figma (components, tokens, docs). Ensure design consistency via governance, version control, and quality reviews across experiences. Translate stakeholder requirements into production-ready designs with usability and accessibility 🎯 Requirements 4–7 years of professional UX/UI design experience, with DTC/e-commerce/subscription products. Proven experience building scalable design systems in Figma (tokens, variants, documentation). Strong portfolio showing measurable business impact (conversion rate, CTR, AOV, etc). Experience managing full experimentation lifecycle from hypotheses to optimization. Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern UX/UI principles/workflows.
