📋 Description Lead end-to-end operational oversight for the project portfolio from construction through COD and Oversee EPC construction within scope, schedule, and budget; mentor project delivery teams. Manage third-party operators, asset managers, and technical service providers to optimize Drive safety leadership, KPIs, and SLAs across external partners and sites. Coordinate operating budgets and financial reporting for construction and operations phases. Ensure regulatory compliance and investor reporting for capital partners. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in renewable energy construction or asset operations at an owner/developer level. Proven multi-project portfolio leadership and EPC procurement experience. Strong financial literacy with project finance, tax equity, and IE processes understanding. Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field; MBA or asset Experience with KEIs, KPIs, and contractual governance (SLAs, contracts).
