📋 Description Role: software engineer with ML expertise to expand Moveworks agentic AI capabilities. Work with state-of-the-art LLMs, multimodal models, and hybrid vector databases in production. Collaborate to tune, evaluate, and serve models and agents; build privacy-preserving datasets. Aim for performance: latency, reliability, and end-to-end user experience. Contribute to responsible AI, red-teaming, and security/privacy practices. Drive improvements across agentic harness and AI components with scalable solutions. 🎯 Requirements Ship production-quality, well-tested code; evaluate updates to models, prompts, or tunable End-to-end ML problem solving; solid model evaluation fundamentals for text tasks. Attention to data quality for training and evaluation datasets. Proficient in Python and/or Golang; comfortable in a Mac development environment. Knowledge of deep learning architectures and leading large language models. Startup pace with ownership; desire for continuous incremental wins and fast delivery. 🎁 Benefits Base pay range shown: 139,700 - 216,500 USD; equity, variable compensation, and benefits.
