📋 Description Scope and lead large, ambiguous projects for early-stage product scale Own and operate Kubernetes (EKS) infra managed via Porter Enforce Kubernetes best practices: autoscaling, health checks, rollouts Tune deployments for zero-downtime releases and high availability Design and improve CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe delivery Contribute to observability and incident response across the platform 🎯 Requirements 8-12 years of Kubernetes production ops and tuning Strong CI/CD experience at scale Hunger to learn modern data engineering (lakehouse, Iceberg, CDC, dbt or Coalesce) Strong SQL skills for performance and cost optimization Cross-functional collaboration with BizOps and stakeholders Ownership mindset from design through operation 🎁 Benefits Greenfield data platform with modern lakehouse foundations Ownership across infrastructure and data Work at intersection of platform and data engineering
