📋 Description Serve as strategic advisor and operational partner to the PCS VP Lead franchise planning: long-range and quarterly portfolio planning Coordinate strategic planning sessions and cross-functional forums Partner with leaders to align processes, milestones and activities Oversee cross-functional initiatives and critical projects Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred 5+ years pharma or medical device experience preferred Strong strategic, organizational, and communication skills Effective in a matrixed organization and with cross-functional teams Ability to own projects from idea to implementation Strong relationship management and influencing without authority 🎁 Benefits Competitive benefits package including PTO and health insurance Eligible for long-term incentive programs AbbVie equal opportunity employer
