📋 Description Lead design and delivery of CIAM capabilities for a regulated financial environment Serve as technical authority across engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, product, and delivery Author detailed engineering designs and secure authentication/integration patterns Guide implementation teams and shape long-term CIAM platform evolution Drive engineering quality, security, and technical consistency across the platform 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of progressive software or identity engineering experience (Senior/Lead/Staff/Principal) Deep hands-on CIAM design and implementation experience for enterprise-scale apps Expert knowledge of modern identity platforms: PingFederate/PingOne, ForgeRock, Okta, Microsoft Experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML; strong authentication/authorization flows Security-focused: passwordless, MFA, session/token management, API security Infrastructure as Code, cloud-native architectures, and DevSecOps practices 🎁 Benefits Salary range: $160,000-$220,000 annually Remote work with flexible work-life balance
