📋 Description Design, reliability, and evolution of the mainframe batch workload automation environment. Expert in IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS with non-IBM suite skills. Develop enterprise-wide batch scheduling solutions for better throughput. Collaborate with DevOps, CI/CD and cross-platform teams. Lead scheduling-related projects and mentor team members. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in mainframe scheduling and automation (preferred). Mastery of IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS (IWS/TWS). Experience with IWS subsystems: BatchAD, BatchCP, Audit, Graph, XINFO. Familiar with WLM policies and z/OS scheduling concepts. Proficient in REXX and JCL scripting; REST API/Zowe CLI a plus.
