📋 Description Own end-to-end deployments of production AI systems in healthcare orgs. Lead discovery, architecture, implementation, evaluation, productionization, handoff. Translate complex workflows, data, infra, and regulatory constraints into production solutions. Collaborate with customer teams and internal partners to drive adoption and product improvements. Hybrid work model with relocation assistance; travel up to 50%. 🎯 Requirements 6+ years software/ML/AI engineering, solutions engineering, or equivalent. Experience as senior engineer/tech lead or deployment owner in ambiguous environments. Hands-on with end-to-end deployment of complex systems. Healthcare domain exposure: payer/provider workflows, EHR/interoperability (Epic, HL7, FHIR).
