Virtual Construction Designer

📋 Description Develop accurate BIM models and detailed construction documentation for mechanical systems. Coordinate AEC data to support shop drawings and project coordination. Create 3D models for piping, plumbing, and ductwork per codes and specs. Design and route mechanical systems per internal and project requirements. Identify conflicts and communicate issues to project leadership for resolution. Collaborate with project teams and multidisciplinary groups to improve coordination. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of trade apprenticeship with CAD/BIM training or related AEC experience. 2+ years drafting/design in piping, plumbing, sheet metal, or related mechanical trades. Strong knowledge of construction practices for mechanical systems and coordination. Proficiency with BIM/design software: Revit, AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication, Navisworks. Experience creating/managing detailed 3D models and construction drawings.
