📋 Description Own end-to-end deployments of production AI systems in healthcare organizations Lead technical discovery, architecture, implementation, evaluation, and handoff Collaborate with customer engineers, operators, and domain experts Design production AI applications integrating with EHR, claims systems, and APIs Ensure safeguards for PHI, HIPAA, privacy, security, and governance Define evaluations and launch criteria with customer-specific thresholds 🎯 Requirements 6+ years in software/ML/solutions engineering or equivalent Hands-on experience with complex customer-facing deployments Healthcare domain exposure: payer/provider workflows, EHR, interoperability Familiarity with Epic, HL7, FHIR, and health information exchanges Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and own technical decisions 🎁 Benefits Relocation assistance Hybrid work model (3 days in office per week) Travel up to 50% required Competitive compensation with equity
