UX/UI Designer

📋 Description Design and optimize conversion-focused digital experiences across key customer touchpoints. Create A/B test concepts based on hypotheses, success metrics, and insights; analyze and iterate. Partner with CRO teams to identify friction points using analytics and heatmaps. Build and scale a comprehensive design system within Figma. Maintain design consistency through governance and reviews. Translate requirements into production-ready designs with usability and accessibility in mind. 🎯 Requirements 4–7 years of professional UX/UI design experience in DTC, e-commerce, or subscription-based Proven experience building scalable design systems in Figma (components, tokens, documentation). Strong portfolio showing measurable business impact (conversion rates, AOV, etc.). Experience managing the full experimentation lifecycle from hypotheses to analysis. Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern UX/UI principles.
