📋 Description The Team Lead Analyst - Client Virtualization will oversee delivery, performance, and continuous Lead and develop the global Client Virtualization team, including employees and contract resources Drive operational execution for Client Virtualization services, ensuring service quality Provide technical leadership and direction for virtual application, desktop, and cloud PC platforms. Manage service improvements, operational risks, escalations, milestones, and critical initiatives Partner with IT leadership, vendors, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, MIS, or related field. 10+ years of IT experience including virtualization, infra, cloud services, service management, or 6+ years of experience supporting Client Virtualization or DaaS platforms (Citrix, Windows 365 4–5+ years of experience leading tech teams and coordinating global operations with stakeholders.
