📋 Description Manage provider and coach assignments based on licensing, guidelines, and care team needs. Monitor care team panels for workload balance amid onboarding and attrition. Respond to assignment questions from providers, coaches, and stakeholders. Perform data validation and quality checks across systems. Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements. Collaborate with clinical operations and tech teams on automation and workflow enhancements. 🎯 Requirements Experience with operational processes or healthcare workflows preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Claude or similar platforms.
