📋 Description Manage, investigate, and resolve commercial general liability property damage claims within Review reports, investigations, regulations to determine coverage decisions. Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses for evaluations. Communicate with customers on status, steps, and resolutions. Escalate claims needing additional approval with recommendations. Handle high volume of claims while maintaining quality and deadlines. 🎯 Requirements 2+ years claims handling, including coverage evaluation and liability assessment. Experience with Commercial General Liability claims preferred. Texas Independent Adjuster License (current or able to obtain). Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work remotely. Proficient with Mac, Google tools, and Microsoft applications. 🎁 Benefits Competitive base salary $60,000 - $80,000 USD depending on location/experience. Eligibility for annual incentive program.
