📋 Description Senior Product Policy Manager with expertise in creator economy platforms and payment fraud Help design policies, enforcement guidelines, and support financial integrity products and services Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, policy, marketing, finance, and ops teams Guide development and use of enforcement systems for Roblox policies Role is based in San Mateo, CA with in-office presence Tue–Thu 🎯 Requirements 4+ years in online anti-fraud, trust & safety, or product policy for digital payments or Subject matter expertise in digital payments, virtual economies, or creator monetization Strong written and verbal communication; distill complex issues and propose policy paths Strong product/technical understanding to anticipate user behaviors and platform risks 🎁 Benefits On-site schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (optional presence Mon/Friday unless noted)
