📋 Description Lead the development, optimization, and growth of a strategic partner ecosystem by evaluating Audit and rationalize the partner portfolio, assess performance, and improve partner management Build and maintain relationships with channel, technology, and strategic alliance partners; act as Design and implement partner programs, including referral models, enablement, certifications, and Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners, including pipeline generation and co-selling Cross-functional leadership between partners and internal teams to ensure successful execution of 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree required. 8–12+ years in partner development, strategic alliances, or ecosystem management within healthcare Proven track record building and scaling partner ecosystems with measurable revenue impact. Experience managing channel and technology partnerships with integrations, OEMs, or ISV ecosystems. Experience with communication infrastructure, UC, contact center platforms, CTI, or related Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, sales, and executives. 🎁 Benefits Competitive base salary of $180,000 – $195,000, plus incentive compensation.
