Localization Manager - Growly

📋 Description Lead localization of Growly products from prep to launch and ongoing updates. Work with Crowdin: manage projects, requests, and vendor communications. Coordinate with engineering teams to streamline localization workflows. Organize professional proofreading and reviews with external contractors. Analyze localized versions of products and suggest quality improvements. Ensure translations align with Tone of Voice, style guides, glossaries, and regional nuances. 🎯 Requirements English at B2+/C1 level; additional languages are a plus. Experience managing localization or translation workflows for products, or Preferred experience with localization platforms (Crowdin prioritized), CAT tools, TMS, or similar Strong management and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams and Self-organization, attention to detail, and accountability. 🎁 Benefits Supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth.
