(Senior) Field Engineer, Industrial Robotics

📋 Description Lead Deployment Projects: Lead complex, multi-site customer projects from onboarding through to Stakeholder & Change Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customer leadership Field Operations Leadership: Coordinate the operational work of field technicians and internal Trusted Advisory: Consult with global industrial clients to integrate robotics into their broader Value Realization & Training: Lead training and enablement sessions for diverse audiences, from Strategic Feedback Loop: Translate field insights and recurring operational themes into actionable 🎯 Requirements Education: Degree in engineering, robotics or a related field Experience: Proven track record in customer-facing role, ideally within robotics, industrial Communication: Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting to both executive leadership and Change Management: Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, navigate Operational Leadership: Strong capability to coordinate teams, manage on-site priorities, and Travel: Enthusiastic about frequent international travel (up to 60%) and comfortable working 🎁 Benefits Experience with deploying robots or other automation systems Experience with Linux and command-line usage Familiarity with network infrastructure Proficiency in German or other languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.)
