📋 Description Lead the Aseptic External & Product Quality Assurance Eye Care Global Team with aseptic Conduct due diligence visits to prospective external partners (TPMs/CMOs) with cross-functional Perform hands-on assessments of aseptic operations, drive best practices across external partners Provide technical quality leadership for aseptic investigations and CAPAs Monitor emerging tech/regulatory trends in aseptic manufacturing and contamination control Oversee external manufacturing quality to ensure compliance and proactive risk mitigation 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or technical field; graduate degree desired 10+ years in Quality Assurance Operations/Regulatory/Tech support in pharma; direct regulatory Knowledge of sterile/pharma techs and quality systems; strong problem solving and cross-cultural Experience with third-party external manufacturing requirements 🎁 Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits package Opportunities for long-term incentive participation AbbVie equal opportunity employer; comprehensive health and retirement benefits
