📋 Description Lead operational management of enterprise systems, ensuring high availability and performance. Oversee incident, problem, change, and service requests; drive ITIL-based maturity. Coordinate root cause analysis, monitoring, and escalation for critical issues. Partner with architecture, engineering, and infra teams for cloud readiness and modernization. Establish KPIs, SLAs, governance, and operational reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders to align tech with business and regulatory needs. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in CS/IS/Engineering (Master's or PMP an advantage). 10+ years in IT systems engineering, infrastructure, or ops leadership. At least 5 years leading technical operations or service delivery. Strong ITIL4, ITSM, incident management, and governance expertise. Experience with regulated environments; HIPAA, SOC controls knowledge.
