📋 Description Lead Quality team (IQC, IPQC, QA Engineers) in complex projects Drive cross-functional actions for corrective actions Develop product quality plans for contract manufacturers Audit CM adherence and manage system-level development testing Prepare dashboards to track top quality issues and actions Oversee PPAP and component validation 🎯 Requirements Strong mechanical & electrical engineering fundamentals Experience with hardware test and fixture development Expert in GR&R, SPC, Cpk, 5WHY, and Fishbone analysis Data analysis skills to create useful dashboards Experience launching new products from manufacturing or development Team coaching and clear technical communication 🎁 Benefits Direct hire Travel up to 20% internationally
