📋 Description Coordinate, schedule, and oversee the General Contractor's management of their subcontractors and Identify and resolve construction-related issues as they develop. Supervise self-perform work and develop specialized construction methods to improve job efficiency Oversee material receiving, inspect quantity/quality, and file receiving tickets. Maintain timekeeping and cost control records. Support jobsite reporting: daily reports/photos, field POs, weekly unit reports, lookahead 🎯 Requirements Experience with NYC public agencies and ground-up projects preferred. Minimum 10 years as a technical specialist in construction. Proven ability to interpret contract documents (specifications, drawings, submittals). Valid driver's license; OSHA and SST certifications.
