Engineering Manager - AI Product

📋 Description Lead and mentor a small team of AI engineers, fostering ownership and collaboration. Define technical vision and architecture for AI product, ensuring performance and cost efficiency. Contribute hands-on to design and optimize production AI systems, including model serving and Oversee end-to-end AI platform, including GPU infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring. Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, Security, and Backend teams to align priorities. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in software engineering, at least 2 in leadership role. Experience building/operating production AI/ML platforms, with model serving, GPU workloads Strong backend skills with Python; distributed systems experience; Go/Rust advantageous. Hands-on with modern LLM tech, model APIs, vector databases, retrieval, and prompt engineering. Understanding of AI quality evaluation, observability, and monitoring for non-deterministic systems.
