Senior Product Manager - Global Sponsor Bank Enablement

📋 Description Contribute to the product strategy for Form3's global sponsor bank proposition. Own the roadmap for sponsor-bank-enabled platform capabilities. Design reusable sponsor bank engagement and onboarding models for expansion across jurisdictions. Build relationships with sponsor banks and payment infrastructure providers. Translate sponsor bank, regulatory and payment scheme requirements into clear product capabilities. Analyse domestic and international payment flows to identify opportunities for product innovation. 🎯 Requirements Extensive Product Management experience within Payments, Banking, Financial Market Infrastructure Strong understanding of domestic and international payment ecosystems, including sponsor banking Experience leading end-to-end Product Management, including strategy, roadmap ownership and product Proven experience working with senior stakeholders across financial institutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
