📋 Description As a Senior Capital Stress Testing Program Analyst, you'll help Banner Bank assess risk, strengthen Partner with leaders across Finance, Risk, and business lines to develop enterprise stress testing Deliver meaningful insights to senior management, regulators, and the Board of Directors. Coordinate internal and external resources supporting enterprise stress testing initiatives. Develop and execute project plans, status reports, and leadership updates. Monitor regulatory requirements and industry practices related to stress testing and capital 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science Master’s degree (Preferred) 4+ years of experience in financial services or banking within a commercial banking org or top-tier Experience with enterprise-wide stress testing, Basel III capital planning, and model risk Experience with quantitative analysis, modeling, or strategic analytics in financial services.
