📋 Description Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for enterprise customers. Coordinate deployment of Laurel tenant and Boomi Atom with implementation engineers. Guide technical integration setup for Microsoft Office, Email, Phone, Video Conferencing, and SSO. Run kickoff calls and office hours for end users and finance teams during implementation. Triage issues in real time, escalating to engineering/leadership while maintaining customer Coordinate with CSMs on adoption strategies and user growth through go-live. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, MIS, or related field. 5+ years of PM experience delivering complex technical implementations in B2B SaaS. Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana or Microsoft Planner.
