Blasting & Coating Technician - Full-Time On Site

📋 Description Perform abrasive blasting operations to remove corrosion, coatings, scale, and contaminants from Prepare surfaces for coating applications in accordance with project specifications and industry Apply industrial coatings, epoxies, urethanes, primers, and specialty protective coatings using Inspect surface preparation and coating applications for compliance with quality requirements Measure and document coating thickness using dry film thickness gauges and other inspection Mix, handle, and store blasting media, paints, coatings, and related materials per manufacturer 🎯 Requirements Experience in abrasive blasting or protective coatings applications Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions Experience operating blasting and coating equipment in industrial environments Forklift, aerial lift, rigging, and crane qualification (or ability to obtain) Microsoft Office proficiency Strong safety mindset 🎁 Benefits Competitive benefits package (health, dental, vision) Paid time off and holidays On-site role with opportunities for career growth Collaborative work environment supporting utility and power generation facilities
