📋 Description Lead the Reconciliation team (full-stack with Kotlin Multiplatform front-end and Python/Java Coach engineers, drive operational excellence, and scale systems behind Upside’s core product. Partner with Product, Design, Data, Consumer Ops, and cross-functional teams on strategy and Balance hands-on contribution with people leadership; manage a team of 6-8 direct reports. Foster a safe, collaborative culture focused on quality, performance, and clear decision-making. Champion the use of AI to speed development, debugging, and system understanding. 🎯 Requirements 3+ years of engineering management experience; mobile or distributed API domains a plus. Track record of scaling teams and evolving systems amid ambiguity. Experience with mobile/API infra (AWS a plus) and back-end data tools (Snowflake, Hex).
