📋 Description Own end-to-end technical design for enterprise restaurant implementations Manage integration architecture, data migration, environment requirements, and hardware/network Partner with Pre-Sales, Onboarding, and post-live teams to ensure successful rollout Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders Ensure solution integrity across the customer journey and manage rollout risk Produce thorough handoff documentation for downstream teams 🎯 Requirements 4–6 years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise implementation Deep expertise in integration architecture, API frameworks, and data migrations Experience with REST API and webhook integrations in sandbox/production Autonomous, technically decisive, and able to balance short-term needs with long-term integrity Strong project management for multiple enterprise implementations Executive-level communication and clear documentation skills
