📋 Description Lead and mentor a team of Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians for spacecraft assembly Develop integration strategies and manufacturing processes for efficient satellite assembly. Build production schedules and balance quality, cost, and resources for production activities. Collaborate with Systems/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Program Improve production standards, contamination control, ESD practices, and change management. Drive readiness through continuous improvement of workflows and documentation. 🎯 Requirements 15+ years in AIT, manufacturing engineering, or integration of complex aerospace hardware. Experience leading technical teams in production/manufacturing. Proven ability to develop integration plans and spacecraft test plans from concept to production. Strong knowledge of clean rooms, contamination control, ESD, and aerospace standards. Experience managing production schedules, changes, nonconformance, and configuration management.
